Scope
This page explains how moderation works on Diomu and the contact and complaint channels offered by Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on Digital Services (DSA). Diomu is a small beta platform. We apply the obligations that match our size and nature.
Point of contact
For notices, complaints and moderation communications: hola@diomu.es. For authorities and trusted flaggers, put “DSA” and the reason in the subject.
Reporting illegal content
You can report from the platform or by email. A useful notice includes:
- The exact URL of the content.
- Why you believe it is illegal or breaches the rules.
- An explanation of your relationship to the content, if any.
- Evidence or additional context, if helpful.
- A statement that you act in good faith and that the information is accurate.
We will not act on anonymous or manifestly unfounded notices. We may ask for more information before deciding.
Decisions and reasons
When we remove, hide or restrict content or an account, we tell the affected person what was done, why, which rule applies and how to appeal. Where the law requires it, we provide a statement of reasons.
Appeals
You can appeal a decision within 6 months of being notified. Write to hola@diomu.es with the link or reference, the reason for the appeal and any new information. Where possible, a person other than the original decision-maker will review it. We will respond with a reasoned decision.
Use of AI in moderation
Nixo and other automated systems may help classify reports, detect spam or summarise a case. They do not make the final decision about an account. Decisions affecting rights are reviewed by a person.
Transparency
We will publish aggregated information about reports received, actions taken, appeals and response times. During the beta, volumes may be low, but we remain committed to explaining how we moderate. We do not use hidden moderation to reduce an account's reach without telling the person.
Dispute resolution
If you disagree with our final decision, you can go to an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified by the EU. You can also complain to the competent digital services authority. This does not limit your right to go to court.
Limits of moderation
We do not review all content before publication. We act on reports, abuse signals and serious risks. We are not required to monitor generally, but we may use automated tools to detect spam and dangerous content.
