Your content stays yours
We do not claim ownership of the posts, replies, images or code you publish. You keep all rights you hold. You only grant us the limited licence described in the terms of use so we can display and operate the service.
The licence you grant us
The licence is non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and limited to hosting, displaying, reproducing, distributing and technically adapting your content within Diomu. It does not include selling your content or using it in third-party advertising.
Code
If you publish code, state the licence if you want others to reuse it. If you state none, general copyright applies: you keep the rights and nobody may copy it without permission, although Diomu may display it on the platform.
Diomu brand
The Diomu name, logo and visual identity may not be used to create confusion, sell products or suggest a non-existent affiliation. You may use the name to talk about the service, link to it or describe it on your profile.
Copyright complaint
If you believe content infringes your rights, send a complaint to hola@diomu.es with:
- Your contact details.
- The URL of the content and a description of the protected work.
- An explanation of why the use is not authorised.
- A good-faith statement that the information is accurate.
- A statement that you own the rights or are authorised to act for the owner.
We may ask for more information. If the complaint is valid, we will remove or restrict the content and notify the person who published it.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you can reply with a reasoned counter-notice. Where appropriate, we will restore the content and notify the person who complained.
Repeat infringers
We may suspend or close accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright. We may also act on manifestly abusive complaints.
Feedback
If you send us an idea or suggestion, we may use it to improve Diomu without an obligation to compensate you. Do not send confidential information you do not want to share.
